SDD Design Team Call

Hello Again

Twice in one weekend... No you are not seeing things! LOL

I am posting today some examples of cards that I have created to be used in application for the Stamping Dragons Design Team...
I have had a number of their images for ages and decided that I would actually create something with them LOL

This first card I have created using

PENNY

Coloured in polochromos and using sansador and a blending stump
I have finished the frame off using a promarker
The black frame panel is craftwork cards and the DSP is Stampin Up!

The second card that I have created is using the image

I have coloured the silhouette using cosmic shimmer spray to give it that extra shimmer!
Using a sponge and adding depth nearer the middle
I have used panels of Stampin Up! card across the middle and punched butterflies to add to the layers
Stamping a sentiment also Stampin Up to the right hand side

The 3rd card I have created is using

I have stamped a sentiment across the middle of the image panel
and decorated using DSP from Stampin Up!
I have added random hearts to the card

One of the things that I love about silhouette images is how clear the image becomes and how your eye is instantly drawn to them!
No mistaking the meaning of the card!

I hope that you have liked my designs and I will keep you posted on news of the DT call...

Enjoy your Sunday
More crafting and organising for me as the boys are back in school tomorrow!
It really has been 2 weeks!

So for some fabulous digi images why not visit the STAMPING DRAGON STORE

I have coloured the image in pro markers and kept the deviation very simple to the card

I have used done stoic up buttons and a piece if ivory card and brown card for layering!

The tag for the sentiment was stamped with a free stamp from the creativity magazine

The papers I have had for years in my stash
But love how thru co-ordinate with the image...

So thank you for taking the time to look and for your lovely comments!
I hope that you will join us in the stamping challenge - FOR THE BOYS this time!

Wedding Bells #11

Hello

Today I am sharing with you the card that I have created for the challenge over on Fantasy Stampers

This week the challenge is Wedding Bells...
and at this time of year it seems the perfect challenge so many people tying the knot!

Please remember though - to enter the challenge you will have to STAMP your image - please do not use a digi image!

I have chosen to use a LOTV stamp
WEDDING COUPLE
One of my favourites

Although as you can see - I still cannot stamp LOL!

I used a craft card blank with a white hammered card layer, with a craft panel to the left hand side
I have used one rose to the bottom left of the card and placed a digi sentiment to the left of the image (to cover up my boo boo)

I hope you like my card and thanks for looking
It would be great to see you join in the challenge

stamping is such great fun!

Have a great weekend
HAPPY STAMPING!

I have added some sticky letters to create the number in a word and mounted this on red card

New challenge at Fantasy Stampers... SILHOUETTES

APOLOGIES TO MY FANTASY STAMPERS TEAMIES
MY POST DID NOT PUBLISH...
AGAIN!!

Hello

This morning I am haring with you my creation for Fantasy Stampers...

I have made a masculine tag using one of my Favourite Stamp Sets
by Tim Holtz...
LIFES POSSIBILITIES

I inked the tag blank in navy ink using a sponge
I have then added silver ink to the edges of the tag and the top.
I then made the ink at the edge of the tag darker...

I stamped the clock from the set on the top left and bottom right - I added a silhouette of Charlie to the bottom right of the tag and used dimensionals to highlight this

I added ribbon and twine to the top of the tag and cut the edges at angles... A simple tag but perfect for this weeks challenge and the chance to use one of my favourite sets!

I hope you will will join in this weeks challenge
at fantasy stampers
and this is a great one to get us all stamping!
SO COME ON JOIN IN!

Have a great weekend and
HAPPY STAMPING!

rose garden - fantasy stampers challenge #6

Hello

This Morning I am sharing with you my creation for the challenge at Fantasy Stampers
Rose Garden

I admit I did find this a little difficult as I have very few ROSE stamps - so I used my Indigo Blu stamp Elizabeth Bennett

I have stamped in black and on the image only coloured the face

I have then added this to a piece of designer paper mounted on rose coloured card and added a black and rose border to the lefthand side

I added a sentiment to the lefthand side also and 3 roses to the top of the panel

A relatively simple card but I think it looks very effective - love how the face stands out from the rest of the stanped image

I hope you like what I have
